Data we process

• checkout and booking data such as name, email address, phone number, product, booking number, billing data, and payment status
• player and team data such as player name, language, team name, team codes, and access status
• location data when GPS-based gameplay features are actively used or enabled
• task submissions, media uploads, and gameplay-related content
• technical metadata such as IP addresses, timestamps, session, security, and log data

Purposes and legal bases

• performance of contract: selling, booking, fulfilling, and enabling digital adventures
• legal obligations: accounting, tax, and retention duties
• legitimate interests: abuse prevention, security, diagnostics, and service improvement
• consent where required, for example optional device permissions or location access

Recipients and processors

Depending on use, data may be shared with providers for hosting, payments, email delivery, logging, maps/location functions, and technical infrastructure. Stripe is used for payment processing when Stripe payment is enabled.

Storage periods

Booking and tax-relevant data is stored according to statutory retention obligations. Gameplay data, logs, and uploaded content are stored only as long as required for operation, support, security, or legal obligations.
