Withdrawal Information

This page informs consumers about withdrawal rights for digital Follery services.

For digital services, the right of withdrawal may expire if the customer expressly requests performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may thereby expire.

General right of withdrawal

Consumers may generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The period is usually 14 days from conclusion of the contract for services or digital content unless a statutory exception applies.

Notice for digital Follery services

Follery sells digital access to adventures that can be delivered immediately after payment. Checkout therefore requests express consent to immediate digital fulfillment and a corresponding acknowledgement.

Exercising withdrawal

To exercise a possible right of withdrawal, a clear statement is sufficient, for example by email to the stated support or contact address.

Model withdrawal form

If you want to withdraw from the contract, you may send equivalent details: name, email address, booking number, purchased product, purchase date, and the statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
