These Terms govern the purchase and use of digital Follery adventures and related services offered by phifux e.U..

Scope of service

Follery provides digital access to location-based adventures. Depending on the product, this includes booking, team access, gameplay content, media features, map/location functions, and support.

Contract formation

A contract is formed when the customer completes checkout and the payment or order is confirmed. For Stripe payments, access is fulfilled after successful payment confirmation and technical processing.

Access and usage

• Purchased access links and access codes are intended for the booked adventure.
• For controlled paid adventures, one purchase generally grants the creation of one primary team.
• The operator may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, technical attacks, or material breaches.

User duties

• Customers must provide correct contact and billing data during checkout.
• Players are responsible for their own safety during gameplay.
• Traffic rules, house rules, local regulations, and safety instructions must be observed.
• The service must not be used in dangerous situations or unlawfully.

Digital fulfillment

The purchased adventure is designed for immediate digital delivery. Checkout therefore requests express consent to immediate fulfillment.

Prices and taxes

Displayed prices are consumer total prices including Austrian VAT. The current sales flow is limited to customers with an Austrian billing address.

Liability

phifux e.U. is liable within the limits of mandatory law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
